Crosscut already sits at #12 for concrete cutting Perth, and 25 of the 131 searches we tracked are on page two, close enough to move. But only 2 are on page one, 66 have no page of yours in the top 100, and the homepage is answering 54 of the 65 searches you do rank for. Your concrete cutting page tells Google it is a copy of the homepage, and there are no area pages behind "Areas We Service". This proposal fixes that, builds the pages that are missing, and puts ongoing SEO behind it.
Crosscut delivers concrete cutting, core drilling, floor sawing, floor grinding, demolition and concrete scanning from Myaree, across Perth and Western Australia. Google already trusts the domain enough to rank the homepage on page two for Perth and dozens of suburbs. What it does not have is a clear page for each service and each area, so it guesses, and the guess is almost always the homepage.
With no area pages at all, the homepage ranks #14 to 22 for Fremantle, Subiaco, Osborne Park, Joondalup and Canning Vale. The core drilling page holds #8 for drilling for plumbing, and floor sawing Fremantle is #9.
54 of the 65 searches you rank for point at the homepage. Core drilling Perth (#36) and diamond core drilling (#47) go to the homepage, and concrete cutting Landsdale goes to Why Choose Us.
No area pages, no penetrations or slab sawing page, nothing for plumbers and electricians. 13 of 16 scanning and 10 of 11 floor grinding searches have no page in the top 100.
No rebuild needed. The site is quick, the six service pages already exist, and the domain is trusted. The work is fixing the technical faults holding the concrete cutting page back, building out each service page, and adding the area and specialist pages, all inside the monthly SEO retainer.
We tracked 131 searches on 26 October 2026 across Google Australia, covering concrete cutting, core drilling, floor sawing, floor grinding, scanning and demolition, in Perth and 30 suburbs and regional centres. You are on page one for 2, on page two for 25, and in the top 100 for 65. The base is there; nothing has been built on it yet.

Website: homepage, concrete cutting service page, title and meta tags, menu and footer read 26 October 2026. The other five service pages and the About pages are audited in month 1.
Money terms are the searches a builder, plumber, electrician or site manager types when they are ready to book: concrete cutting Perth, core drilling Joondalup, floor sawing Welshpool, concrete scanning Perth. 122 of the 131 searches are money terms for work Crosscut does. You are on page one for 2 of them, and 57 have no page of yours in the top 100.
Money terms: searches in the 26 October report where the person is looking to hire or book work Crosscut does. 122 of the 131 searches; the other 9 are questions such as how much concrete cutting costs and when scanning is required, covered in section 05. Search volumes and click values for each term are measured in Google Keyword Planner in month 1 and used to set the order of work.
For each search we choose the page that should answer it, fix the technical faults stopping it from ranking, give it the content to beat the page one competitors, and link it properly from the menu and the new area pages. Then we build the pages for work you do that has no page today.
Small changes that unblock the biggest search on the board. None of them need a redesign.
Work you do, or could win, with no page for Google to rank today. We confirm each one with you before writing it.
With no area pages, the homepage already reaches page two for 9 suburbs and #21 to 40 for 15 more. A real page for each priority area takes those to page one.
Once each search has the right page, the monthly work does three jobs: lifts the 25 page-two searches onto page one, keeps your Google Business Profile working for the map results around Myaree, and makes sure that when a builder asks Google, ChatGPT or Gemini who does core drilling or concrete scanning in Perth, the answer can include you.
AI tools and Google both favour the contractor whose website explains the work. Today none of the nine question searches in the report, from what concrete cutting costs to when scanning is required, has a page of yours in the top 100. Answered clearly on the right pages, those questions get quoted and bring the buyer to you.
The technical fixes come first, because every later month builds on them.

No. Your two page one positions keep their pages and their focus, and the homepage keeps its address. Fixing the concrete cutting page's canonical lets Google count a page it is currently ignoring; it does not take anything away. Every change is checked against the 26 October baseline the following week.
No. The site is quick, the six service pages already exist and the domain is trusted. The fix is technical corrections, stronger content and new pages, which is all included in the monthly retainer.
When a service page is thin, or tells Google it is a copy of another page as the concrete cutting page does, Google falls back to the strongest page it has. Service pages with their own canonical, title and real content give Google a better match, and that is what lifts a search from page two to page one.
The technical fixes and the 25 searches at #11 to 20 usually move first, within the first few months. Scanning, grinding and the suburbs outside the top 100 take longer because the pages have to be built first. You get a report every month and a full review against the 26 October baseline at month 6.
Your completed projects and photos, which services and areas you want to grow, and access to the website, Search Console and Google profile. The list is in section 04.
